Directions for use:
LOADING PHASE: 1 serving of 50g (approx 1.5 scoops) twice daily for five days. Take one serving in the morning and another 10 hours later.

MAINTENANCE DOSE: Consume 1 serving daily preferably after a training session. Stay on the maintenance dose for at least 10 weeks for optimum results.
