Protein-Brek is a high protein oat based cereal complex. For many years bodybuilders and strength athletes have been using oats mixed with protein for the perfect start to the day.

At Sci-Mentor we have designed a product that takes all the guess work out of your first and most important meal.

Protein-Brek is rich in 25 active nutrients which include amino acids, vitamins & minerals and a unique blend of proteins for optimum nitrogen levels. We have also added L-Carnitine for its weight management properties.

Directions for use:
Add 72g [1 cup] to 200-300ml of hot skimmed milk or water and mix well. Consume 1-2 servings at breakfast times
