• Refunds only apply if ordered directly through Sci-Mentor Nutrition head office or ordered through our stockists that do not offer refund policies.
• Refunds will only be issued within 45 days from date you received our products.
• If in the unlikely event you need to return anything to us we would highly recommend you use a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail recorded, as we are not responsible for any losses which are out of our control.
• All containers, bottles and any unused supplements need to be returned to us for a refund to apply.
• We must be notified of damaged containers, products, goods within 48hrs of delivery in order to action any form of refund or replacement.
• A Refund will not be offered if the product has not been taken correctly as directed by the label, website or product guide.
• A £6 administration fee applies to all refunds, but not exchanges.
