For next day delivery, please ensure you order before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Next day orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched after 3pm on the following Monday (Tuesday if following a bank holiday).
We do require a signature upon delivery. We can leave items in a secured location if requested or with a neighbour. We must stress this voids delivery insurance so in the unlikely event the parcel is lost Sci-Mentor Nutrition cannot be held accountable. We strongly recommend you only use this option as a last resort.

For international orders less than 1kg we may send via Royal Mail international signed service. This service requires a signature at the customer point of delivery.
Reshipping policy
If we need to resend a package because the items have been returned back to us by our couriers (Return to Sender), or for any of the following reasons, a charge of £4.99 (minimum) will be incurred:
• Customer not being in or on holiday
• Customer not being in at arranged time for parcel to be collected
• Wrong delivery address specified by customer
• Item being refused by someone at same address
We accept that unfortunately despite every effort there may sometimes be occasions when, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. We will also provide you with a free item for your inconvenience.
Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged £4.99 if we have to collect the item for redelivery.
Shipping weights
Most items over 1kg are sent via Parcel Force Worldwide 24 hour and 48 hour service. Our free delivery option is Parcel Force 48 this is a 2 working day service. Parcel Force 24 is a 1 working day service. Both these services are recorded and part of our UK mainland services.
Items that full outside UK mainland services are subject to additional charges by our courier. These include Northern and Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Jersey & Guernsey, and remote parts of Scotland.
Item less than 1kg will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and are delivered next working day.
