I work and train in Llanelli leisure centre. Did my first bodybuilding comp last year. Can’t wait to do another one.
Where do you see yourself within your chosen sport in the next 5 years?
I recently finished a degree in sport and exercise science. since then i have been working as a gym instructor. i am training to be a personal trainer and also have just started doing modelling. i always put 100% in to everything i do, especially my training.
Achievements to date
I have won the british championships, competed for great brition in the world and european championships where i won a gold in deadlift for both competitions. i placed 7th overall in the worlds.
Where do you see yourself within your chosen sport in the next 5 years?
I see myself competing for the great brition senior team and placing in top 4 at the world championships.
