Ultimate 4 is a unique timed release protein formula which consists of four proteins each being absorbed by the body at different times.

This combination is ideal as a post workout shake or before bed as it provides the body with a perfect blend of fast and slow release proteins that may aid recovery. If you have long spaces between meals (more than 4 hours) then this product is ideal to take as it may reduce muscle degradation.

Directions for use:
As a dietary supplement use 1.5 rounded scoops [45g] per serving with 450mls of skimmed milk or water. Consume within 45mins after training and a second serving 3 hours later. Can also be used on non training days before bed.
