Training & fitness

It is important that we train correctly in the gym to get the best results. Bad form can cause injury and contribute to slow development in the gym. Correct diet

A good diet is the most fundamental part of any training regime. Eating correctly can influence your training progress immensely. A very high percentage of your success in the gym is governed by the food you eat and the timing of food intake. Watch your calories closely and you will lose weight if you are burning off more calories than you consume. Minimise your meal size
